Paul Titheradge Jaguar Master technician
Paul Titheradge Picture – Paul has worked with Jaguar cars for over 17 years. His apprenticeship was solely working on Jaguars he holds the status of Jaguar Master technician. For the past 8 years Paul has been service manager of a local Jaguar Main Dealer.
In 2009 Paul was crowned “Jaguar UK technician of the year” and presented with the title by Jaguar’s Customer Service Director. Paul has been involved in developing technical training courses for Jaguar technicians worldwide. Paul has previously written columns for the Jaguar enthusiast club magazine.

Mike TuraszJaguar certified Master technician
Mike Turasz has worked with Jaguar cars since he left school 15 years ago. He completed his apprenticeship in the local Jaguar main dealer where he progressed to the level of Master Technician.

Liam Willis
Liam has worked in the motor trade for 19 years. Training initially with Chris Fiddes at Fiddes and Son’’s garage then gaining experience at VW, Citroen and Mitsubishi main dealerships. He has now settled with us and is an asset to our team.
Connor PhippsTechnician
Connor has recently completed his apprenticeship at Swindon College. He has a very bright future with Jaguar Swindon and both Paul and Mike have high hopes for his future career.
Sherilynn StrangeReceptionist
Sherilynn has worked with Mike for over 30 years as a receptionist and now workshop controller. Sherilynn will manage the day to day work load and keep our customers informed on the progress of their vehicle while it is in our care.
Chris Fiddes
Chris is our most experienced technician he has successfully run his own business in Swindon for over 35 years. We are now luckily enough to have his expertise with us a Mike Allen Services. We have nicknamed Chris the Swiss army knife he will turn his hand to fix anything.
Stephen Drew
Steve is our latest recruit. Steve has over 10 years’ experience of working on Jaguar and Landrover plus many other makes of vehicle inc;uding Peugeot, vw and commercial vehicles.
