During the MOT inspection, they discovered a significant issue with my F Pace that, ironically, wasn't even related to the MOT itself.
Paul took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and even showed me what was wrong. He was able to find a replacement part, which they installed today, saving me a substantial amount of money. I can't praise their service enough; they truly stand out as a top-notch garage.

Major service completed and as usual very professional and friendly.

Had major service completed on RR Evoque. Very efficient, kept updated, online JLR service record updated (worth noting that JLR themselves forgot to do this at the last service, this was pointed out by Mike Allen S. at the time of booking and advised to get resolved prior to our appointment). Much better value than main dealer and will continue to take our RR here for service/repair going forward.

I have finally found a reliable, ethical, professional garage that does not cost the earth. They repaired my jag XE a few times and did a wonderful job for a very reasonable price. On a couple of occasions they diagnosed faults and did not even charge me. Really appreciate their efforts and kindness.

I use Mike Allen services all the time. The Owner Paul is super helpful and has tonnes of knowledge. Nothing is an issue and I can be a bit fussy. They are busy as all good businesses are, so plan ahead for servicing and repairs. I would not go anywhere else in the area now.

A really great garage. They go out of their way to be accommodating and do a good work for a fair price.
